Problem: A professor was teaching an 02 section course
in module 9 of Blackboard and had a quiz posted for the students to take, the
students were unable to see the quiz when they were in the Blackboard Course.
Solution: For Blackboard quizzes to be visible, the
availability for said quizzes has to be set to “Yes”. To change the
availability for a quiz in Blackboard, click on “Modules” in the course
management table. Scroll down to the module and click on it. In the module page
scroll down the quiz and click on the downward point arrow icon next to the
name of the quiz, a drop down menu will appear, from that menu select “Edit the
Test Options”, in the quiz options scroll down and click on “Yes” under
availability. Make sure to click on “Submit” at the bottom of the page to save
any changes made.
