Problem: A user logged into Blackboard and noticed
that the links in all of the courses they are enrolled in are missing.
Solution: When you go into a course on Blackboard and
the course menu that is usually on the left is missing, it is because it is
hidden. There is a small “greater-than-sign” [>] on the left side of the
screen, if you click on that it will bring back the course menu. This feature
is called the “Hide Course Menu” and it’s intended to allow students to
collapse the left side course menu so that the content has more screen space.
